Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Sneakers

  Place your unworn sneakers in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
